We are happy to announce the release of a project in which GM Mihail Marin put a lot of effort - Play the Scheveningen via Paulsen. In the introduction, to the course, Marin writes, "I will never stop loving the Dragon, but I also feel like playing a traditional Sicilian. In the past, I have tried all of them, but from the perspective of an experienced player, my preference goes for the Scheveningen, which is the most flexible of the Sicilians. However, I am a bit scared of the Keres Attack. There is a tricky move order, though."
Exactly this tricky move order is the reason why this project came to life. This major work consists of 61 theoretical chapters, 60 interactive test positions, a Memory Booster, and a Video Version (6h and 20min).

We are happy to announce that the former World Champion GM Alexander Khalifman has published his first course for Modern Chess - Play the Taimanov Sicilian.
The starting position of this course is reached after 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 e6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nc6
Khalifman invested a lot of time and energy into this project. After many months of investigations, he got fully convinced that Taimanov Variation is working fine from a conceptual point of view. During your work on the material, you will find many fresh ideas and new directions in well-known critical positions. According to Khalifman, Taimanov is very suitable for players who want to play for a win. In his opinion, compared to the other Sicilian mainlines, Taimanov is less theoretical.

Sicilian Defense has always been the most ambitious reply for Black against 1.e4. Svesnikov Sicilian is one of the most popular and interesting variations. It increased its popularity recently mainly due to the efforts of Magnus Carlsen, who scored many brilliant wins with it. It is an aggressive system but still not as sharp as the Najdorf variation.
