In his first camp for Modern Chess, GM Nigel Davies will examine the rare but intriguing Nimzowitsch Defence against 1.e4 (1...Nc6). This defense can serve as a complete, stand-alone option against 1.e4 or as a means of transposing into 1.e4 e5 lines while limiting White's options other than 2.Nf3. Additionally, the lines explored will interest players of the French, Alekhine's, and Scandinavian Defences, which can be reached by transposition.

The camp consists of four lectures. In each session, GM Davies will provide complete responses for Black. Additionally, participants will gain fresh and less explored options whenever possible.
