Space in the Endgame - Advantage or Disadvantage?
The first lecture features the endgames with a space advantage. Space is a very important element in the endgame. Feeling and understanding it's importance in a concrete position is a hallmark of mastery. In this lecture, GM Bojkov explains in which cases the space is an asset, and when it can become a drawback.

Queenside Majority in the Endgame
The second lecture features positions with a queenside majority. Such positions might arise from many different opening lines. Hence, knowing how to handle the arising endgames will make you a better player. Very often, the queenside majority is considered an advantage due to the possibility of creating a distant passed pawn. Nevertheless, in his examples, GM Dejan Bojkov shows that such positions are a lot more concrete, and the activity of the pieces is often the most important factor.

Doubled Pawns - Are They Always Cursed?
In this lecture, GM Bojkov discusses the strong and weak points of the doubled pawns. Even though such pawns are traditionally considered a weakness, this lecture shows that in many cases they can become a valuable asset. Such pawns occur from so many openings that every strong player should have a good understanding of this topic.
SAMPLE EXAMPLE
Rook and Pawn(s) versus Two Minor Pieces
This lecture is dedicated to a material imbalance that occurs quite often in chess - rook vs two minor pieces. Evaluating such positions can be a challenging task. As you will see in the explanations for this lecture, counting material can be misleading. GM Bojkov shows all the important subtleties that you should have in mind to correctly evaluate and play such positions.
SAMPLE EXAMPLE
Opposite-Coloured Bishops with Major Pieces
Positions with opposite-coloured bishops are another major topic in chess. Very often, people tend to overestimate the drawish tendencies in such positions. As it will become obvious from this lecture, this is not always the case. Especially, when there are major pieces on the board, such positions are very complex.

From the Opening into an Endgame
Many openings are closely related to the endgame. Therefore, in order to become an expert in such openings, you should know how to handle the arising endgames. In the last lecture from this camp, you will see many examples featuring a transition from an opening into the endgame.
